What we collect
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. Payment information is processed entirely by our payment providers (Stripe and Shopify) and never touches our servers. When you subscribe to our newsletter or contact us, we collect your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
How we use it
We use your information to fulfill orders, respond to messages, and — if you've opted in — send occasional studio news. We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We don't run third-party advertising on this site.
Cookies & local storage
This site uses browser local storage to remember your cart between visits. If we add analytics, we'll update this policy and ask for consent where required.
Payment processing
Purchases are processed by Stripe and Shopify, both PCI-DSS Level 1 certified providers. Their handling of your data is governed by their respective privacy policies.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email production@bluepulsestudios.com and we'll handle it promptly.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it's used; request a copy of that information; request that we delete it; correct inaccurate information; and opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise a California right, use the opt-out form below or email us; we verify and respond within the timeframes the law requires (generally within 45 days).

You can opt out of our mailings and of the personal information we collect, at any time and easily:
• Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Decline non-essential cookies using the banner at the bottom of any page (“Deny” or “Allow essential only”).
• Or submit the form below and we’ll remove you from our lists and delete the personal information we hold, unless we’re legally required to keep it.
